The Comstock Castle HG60T-1-FG is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60-inch wide by 30-inch deep frame with a fully grooved, highly polished steel griddle plate. The griddle includes five thermostat controls for precise temperature management, a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends, and a 3-inch wide front grease trough. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and includes a removable grease drawer and 4-inch stainless steel legs.
