The Dukers Appliance Co DCGMA24 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, with a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with two burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU, and includes independent manual controls for each 12-inch section. A full-length seamless drip pan is included for easy cleaning, and the unit comes configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit provided.
