The Dukers Appliance Co DCGT60 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, with a heavy-duty 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with five stainless steel burners, each providing 26,000 BTU, for a total of 130,000 BTU. It comes configured for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane. The unit also includes a full-length seamless drip pan and adjustable stainless steel legs.
