The Dukers Appliance Co DCHPB36 is a countertop gas hotplate designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, equipped with six stainless steel burners and cast iron grates. Each burner is independently controlled, allowing for precise cooking adjustments. The hotplate includes a full-length seamless drip pan for easy cleaning and comes with adjustable stainless steel legs. It is configured for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane use.
