The Serv-Ware ETG-16 is an electric countertop griddle featuring a 16-inch by 15.5-inch cooking surface. It is constructed with a 0.5-inch thick steel griddle plate and stainless steel body. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls and power and heat indicator lights, allowing for precise temperature management.
Designed with practicality in mind, the ETG-16 includes a removable grease pan and 3-inch splash guards on the sides and rear to maintain cleanliness. The unit is supported by 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
