The ROCKET EXPRESS features a generous 0.74 cu ft cooking cavity — larger than the FIT ST (0.45 cu ft) — with a 15.5" interior width that accommodates more food per cycle and larger plate-size items.

Variable-Speed Impingement + Bottom Infrared

Variable-speed impingement airflow delivers high-velocity surface cooking. The independently controlled top and bottom heaters (including bottom infrared) allow precise heat balance for products that require specific crust or surface finishing not achievable with single-direction heat.

Wi-Fi + IOK Platform
