The Royal Range RCB-36 Charbroiler is a gas-powered countertop unit designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a compact heavy gauge chassis and is equipped with three H-type cast iron burners, each rated at 40,000 BTU/hr, providing a total of 120,000 BTU. The charbroiler includes a fully welded, removable, and replaceable interior firebox, stainless steel sides, and a front valve cover. It is designed for use with lava rock and has manual controls for each burner.
