The unit is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and plate ledge, and includes heavy cast iron 12" x 12" top grates with a unique bowl design for efficient heat distribution. Manual controls are provided for each burner, and the hotplate is equipped with protected standing pilots for instant ignition.
