The Royal Range RDMG-60-D is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 60-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with manual controls for each of its five stainless steel "U" shaped burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr. The unit includes a 4-inch wide stainless steel grease trough with a large drain opening for easy cleaning, as well as stainless steel splashguards and sides.
