The Royal Range RDMG-72 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a fully welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation and a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle includes manual controls for each of its six burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, providing a total output of 180,000 BTU. The unit is equipped with a 4" wide stainless steel grease trough and stainless steel splashguards, sides, and front valve cover.
