The Royal Range Delux Series RDR-10G12 is a 72-inch gas range designed for restaurant use. It features a fully welded frame and a stainless steel burner box, providing durability and reliability. The range is equipped with ten 30,000 BTU lift-off top burners and a 12-inch griddle with a 3/4-inch thick grill plate on the left side. It includes two standard ovens, manual controls, and 12" x 12" cast iron grates. The range is insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool and includes an oven safety valve, stainless steel front, sides, valve cover, kickplate, and an 11-inch deep high shelf.
