The Royal Range Delux Series RDR-G36 is a 36-inch gas range designed for restaurant use. It features a fully welded frame with a 3/4" thick griddle plate and manual controls. The range includes a standard oven and cast iron grates. The construction is all stainless steel, including the burner box, front, sides, valve cover, kickplate, and an 11" deep high shelf. The unit is insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool and equipped with an oven safety valve.
