The Royal Range RDSA-36 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 36" wide cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with three burners, each controlled by a solid state snap action thermostat. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it includes a 4" grease trough for efficient grease management. The frame is fully welded and insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool.
