The Royal Range RDSA-60 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with five burners, each with a solid state snap action thermostat for precise temperature control. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it includes a fully welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool for durability and heat retention. A 4-inch grease trough facilitates easy cleaning.
