The Royal Range RDSA-72-D is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 72" wide cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it includes an all-welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation. The griddle is equipped with six burners and a solid state snap action thermostat for precise temperature control. A 4" grease trough facilitates easy cleaning.
