The Royal Range RDTG-24-D is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 24" wide and 30" deep cooking surface made from a 1" thick polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls and a 4" grease trough for easy maintenance. The construction includes stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, along with an all-welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool.
