The Royal Range RDTG-24 is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 24-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and includes a 4-inch grease trough for easy cleaning. Constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, the griddle is built on a fully welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation.
