It features a 36-inch wide cooking surface with a depth of 30 inches, constructed with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. The griddle includes thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and a 4-inch wide stainless steel grease trough for efficient drainage. The unit is built with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, supported by an all-welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool. It is equipped with three "U" shaped burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, providing a total output of 90,000 BTU.
