The Royal Range RDTG-36 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 36-inch wide cooking surface constructed from a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls and a 4-inch grease trough for efficient operation and easy cleaning. The unit is built with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, all supported by a fully welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool.
