The Royal Range RDTG-72 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 72-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls and a 4-inch grease trough for efficient operation and easy cleaning. Constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, the unit is built on a fully welded frame insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool. It includes adjustable legs for stability and is capable of delivering a total of 180,000 BTU.
