The Royal Range REEF-35-5-DM2 is a gas-powered fryer designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a multivat configuration with five 35 lb. capacity fry tanks, each equipped with built-in filtration. The fryer is constructed with a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, and includes a two-channel solid state digital control timer with a melt cycle. It is mounted on 6" casters for mobility.
