The Royal Range RFT-25 is a gas fryer designed for integration with other kitchen equipment. It features a stainless steel front and sides, providing durability and ease of maintenance. The fryer is equipped with a 25 lb capacity stainless steel tank and two cast iron burners, each rated at 38,000 BTU/hr. The millivolt control system ensures safety with a 100% shut-off feature, while the thermostatic control allows for temperature adjustments between 200º and 400º F.
