Royal Range RFT-60-3-EM Fryer, Gas, Multiple Battery
The Royal Range RFT-60-3-EM is a gas fryer designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a multivat fryer battery with a built-in filtration system. The fryer is equipped with a millivolt control thermostat that operates within a temperature range of 200° to 400° F. Constructed with a stainless steel frypot and front and sides, it includes three fry baskets and sits on 6" casters for mobility.
