The Royal Range RHEF-45-DM is a gas-powered fryer designed for floor installation. It features a tube-fired heating system with a 45-50 lb. capacity. The fryer is equipped with a digital solid state thermostat for precise temperature control and an automatic pilot ignition system. It includes three in-shot burners and twin fry baskets, all housed within a stainless steel frypot and cabinet. The unit is supported by 6" adjustable legs and operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection.
