The Royal Range RHEF-60-1-DM2 is a gas fryer designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a tube-fired heating system and a 60 lb. oil capacity. The fryer includes built-in filtration, a two-channel solid state digital control with a melt cycle, and an automatic pilot ignition. It is equipped with three in-shot burners and comes with three baskets, a stainless steel frypot, and cabinet. The unit is mounted on 6" casters for mobility.
