The Royal Range RMG-48 is a countertop gas griddle with a 48-inch wide cooking surface. It features a 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate and manual controls for each of its four burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr. The unit is equipped with a 4-inch stainless steel grease trough for efficient drainage and cleaning. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel splashguards, sides, and a front valve cover, and it stands on 4-inch adjustable legs.
