The Royal Range RSTG-48 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 48-inch wide and 18-inch deep cooking surface with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls and includes a 4-inch grease trough for efficient grease management. The construction includes stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, along with 4-inch adjustable legs for stability.
