Overview
The Serv-Ware EST5-2 is an electric steam table designed to hold pre-cooked foods at safe hot food holding temperatures. It features five open well bays that accommodate standard size pans, though pans are not included. The unit is constructed with stainless steel, including a 430 series stainless under shelf and 201 series stainless legs, and comes with adjustable stainless steel feet.
The table is equipped with independent infinite controls for each bay, allowing precise temperature management. It includes a removable cutting board and a 6-foot cord for electrical connection.
