Overview
The Serv-Ware SGCO-1 is a single deck gas convection oven designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel front with fully visible glazed doors and a porcelain interior for easy cleaning. The oven is equipped with a solid state temperature controller and a 60-minute timer, providing precise cooking control.
Constructed for natural gas, the SGCO-1 comes with a conversion kit for LP gas. It includes four racks with thirteen rack positions and a dual speed motor for even heat distribution. The oven's sturdy angular legs ensure stability during operation.
