Overview
The Serv-Ware SMGS-60 is a gas countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 60-inch cooking surface and is equipped with five U-shape burners, each providing 30,000 BTU per hour for even heat distribution. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel legs, front, and sides, and includes a 1-inch thick griddle plate.
