The Serv-Ware SP48-12-HC-T is a refrigerated sandwich prep counter designed for storing and preparing food items. It is constructed with an AISI 304 stainless steel framework and features an ABS plastic interior with a 304 stainless steel floor. The unit includes a digital LED temperature display for accurate control and easy reading.

This model is equipped with a CFC free refrigerant and foam insulation, and it comes with PC plastic pans and a plastic cutting board. The unit is shipped with casters not installed, and it includes a magnetic gasket that can be replaced without tools.
