Overview

The Serv-Ware SWPO-31 is a countertop gas pizza oven designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel structure with a U shape burner and a thermostat controlled temperature range of 120°F to 650°F. The oven includes a hearth deck suitable for pizza baking and offers two decks with three positions, each with a 2 ¾" distance in between.

The oven is equipped with a spring door system, stainless steel door interior, and bottom plate. It also features a V shape baffle for optimal heat distribution and a 3⁄4" NPT rear gas connection for natural gas or propane.
