Overview

The Serv-Ware UCF-27-HC-T is an undercounter freezer designed for commercial use. It features a stainless steel exterior and a painted aluminum interior with ABS side panels and a 304 stainless steel floor. The freezer is equipped with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display for accurate control and easy reading. It includes a self-closing door that remains open past 90 degrees and has a bottom-mounted compressor to maintain temperatures between -10°F and 10°F.
