The Comstock Castle SUFHP48 is a countertop hotplate designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel exterior for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The hotplate is equipped with eight cast iron burners, each with a star pattern for efficient heat distribution. The burners are controlled manually and are designed to accommodate both large and small pots. The unit includes cast iron top grates with aeration bowls to catch spills and reflect heat upwards.
