UNOX XAEC-10HS-EPD Heated Cabinet, Reach-In
The UNOX XAEC-10HS-EPD is a heated cabinet designed for service temperature food preservation. It features a compact design with a drop-down double glass door and a 7" touch control panel. This cabinet is constructed with high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel and is equipped with LED lighting for enhanced visibility. It is capable of holding up to 10 trays, each measuring 460mm x 330mm, and operates on electric power with a voltage of 240V 1~ / 208V 1~. The cabinet is designed to preserve food at serving temperature using patented technology, allowing for quick service without the need for blast freezing or regeneration.
