UNOX XAEC-10HS-EPR Heated Cabinet, Reach-In
The UNOX XAEC-10HS-EPR is a heated cabinet designed for preserving food at service temperature. It features a 7" touch control panel and is constructed with high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel. The cabinet can hold up to 10 trays, each measuring 460mm x 330mm, and offers a service temperature range of 136 °F to 167 °F.
