The UNOX XAPA-0523-SXRS is a combi oven that operates electrically, designed to function both as a combi oven and a speed oven. The oven is equipped with a 16" touch control panel and includes an automatic washing system with an integrated detergent tank. It can accommodate 10 GN 2/3 trays with a 35 mm pitch or 5 GN 2/3 trays with a 70 mm pitch in combi mode, and has a dedicated position for speed cooking up to 4 items simultaneously.
