The UNOX ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus XAVC-10FS-HPRM is a technologically advanced electric combi oven designed for a variety of cooking processes including dehydrating, steaming, low temperature cooking, sous vide cooking, roasting, grilling, pan frying, regeneration, and baking. It features a 9.5" touch control panel and can accommodate 10 trays measuring 18"x26". The oven is constructed with a high-resistance AISI 316L stainless steel cooking chamber and includes automatic management of cooking processes.
