UNOX XAVHC-HC11 Ventless Exhaust System

The UNOX XAVHC-HC11 is a ventless hood designed for use with ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus ovens. It is an electric steam condensing hood that partially eliminates steam and odors from cooking fumes. The hood features automatic washing of the integrated filters and is suitable for kitchens where fumes can be directed to a ceiling hood or outside the building. It does not impact the performance of the oven it is used with.
