UNOX XAVHC-HCFS Ventless Exhaust System

The UNOX XAVHC-HCFS is a ventless hood designed for use with ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus countertop electric ovens. It is constructed with a stainless steel rigid unibody design and features a steam condensing hood that partially eliminates steam and odors from cooking fumes. The system includes automatic washing capabilities for the integrated filters and condensation chamber, ensuring efficient operation without impacting oven performance.
