The UNOX XEVTL-2021 is a trolley designed for use with CHEFTOP MIND.Maps BIG ovens. It is constructed from thick AISI 316L steel components, providing high resistance to corrosion and the ability to withstand significant loads. The trolley is equipped with features such as a front and back tray stopper, magnets for presence detection, and a removable safety handle for ease of movement.
