The UNOX XHC012 is a resin-based water filtration system designed to eliminate substances that contribute to limescale formation. It is specifically used for feeding the steam production line in CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ Unox ovens. The system features a lock handle that secures the filter cartridge in place and manages water flow. The filtration process selectively removes calcium, magnesium, and heavy metals, while also reducing cloudiness, organic impurities, and chlorine residues.
