The UNOX XUC175 is a food packaging machine designed for high temperature vacuum packing. It features a stainless steel structure and an ergonomic magnetic handle. This machine is capable of vacuuming and sealing hot food in MULTI.Day trays in less than 75 seconds. It requires a food grade pressurized air connection or an XUC149 cabinet with compressor to operate.
