The Venancio USA G36CT-36T is a countertop gas thermostatic griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 36-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is constructed with a fully welded frame and double wall stainless steel with ceramic insulation on the sides and front. It includes three thermostatic control valves and a stainless steel deflector beneath the burners to reflect secondary heat to the plate.
