The Venancio USA R24CT-24G is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 24-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with two manual control valves and enameled steel burners placed every 12 inches. It includes a standing pilot per burner and a stainless steel grease trough with a 1-gallon capacity. The griddle is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and splash guards, and it is supported by a 14-gauge interlocking fully welded frame with adjustable chrome steel legs.
