The Venancio USA R24CT-24T is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 24-inch wide cooking surface made of a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with two thermostatic control valves and enameled steel burners placed every 12 inches. It includes a stainless steel grease trough with a 1-gallon capacity, and the front and sides are made of stainless steel with splash guards. The frame is fully welded for durability, and the unit stands on 4-inch adjustable chrome steel legs.
