The Venancio USA R36CT-36T is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial use in professional kitchens. It features a fully welded structure with a stainless steel front and sides, providing stability and durability. The griddle includes a 36"W x 24"D cooking surface made of a 1" thick smooth polished steel plate. It is equipped with three thermostatic control valves and enameled steel burners placed every 12 inches, each with a standing pilot. The unit also includes a stainless steel grease trough with a 1-gallon capacity and adjustable chrome steel legs.
