The Venancio USA R60CT-60T is a gas-powered, countertop griddle designed for commercial use. It features a 60-inch wide cooking surface made from a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with five thermostatic control valves and enameled steel burners placed every 12 inches, each with a standing pilot. The unit is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and splash guards, and includes a cool-to-touch bull nose plate rail. The frame is fully welded and interlocks with 14-gauge steel for durability. The griddle also includes adjustable chrome steel legs and a 1-gallon capacity stainless steel grease trough.
