The Venancio USA R72CT-72T is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 72-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate. The griddle is equipped with six thermostatic control valves and enameled steel burners placed every 12 inches. Each burner has a standing pilot, and the unit includes a stainless steel grease trough with a 1-gallon capacity. The front, sides, and splash guards are made of stainless steel, and the unit is supported by 4-inch adjustable chrome steel legs.
