The 4-Series Signature Server® Model 36176 is a serving counter designed for cold food applications. It features a stainless steel countertop with a self-contained refrigeration system. The unit is constructed with an 18-gauge 400-series base and a 300-series well, providing durability and mobility. The serving counter is equipped with a recessed well that accommodates pans 3 inches below the work surface, surrounded by refrigeration coils and insulated with polyurethane foam.
